You walk into a Dreams Store with £1000 to spend and walk out without a mattress ? How is that possible ? The mattress I wanted was a little over my budget it appears at £1199.00, there were clearly no deals to be done. But to let me walk out without offering a suggestion of what was in my price range for something similar is a failure on the sales team surely ? If this was my business I would not be happy, especially given the economic climate we are currently in.
