I went into the stoke store a few months back with my partner who is a full time wheelchair user. Dina went above and beyond to help us find the bed that was just right for us, and met my partners physical needs. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she was more than happy for us to try out different beds and offered help and support, as I was helping my partner out of his wheelchair. She was very sensitive and professional at all times. We were there for at least an hour and she was so friendly and keen to help us. I would love Dina to be able to read this feedback, as she most certainly deserves the praise - Not only for being exceptional in her job but for being such a lovely person too. Thanks so much.
