I purchased a Mannoth mattress in January. I was told that because I was a wheelchair user I was entitled to Vat relief. This was a big factor in making my purchase.
I contacted the company 3 weeks ago to find out where my refund was. I was told it would take 40 days to process. Needless to say the 40 days are long gone.
I've just been conned again.
