Mattress nothing like in store for comfort. For a £1000 mattress it is just killing my back. Way harder than shop one.
Tried to complain, just got usual 'independent' engineer who said it was not faulty.
Unable to get money back, only option was comfort exchange, however only to come close is £850 more.
Won't even take off insurance as more expensive one has that included.
Spent last 6 weeks stressing and unable to sleep.
Think they should be ashamed, would love to be able to claim money back as I feel they have not supplied goods fit for purpose
