I am currently studying CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. Prior to starting this course I have been working in Higher Education as an Admissions & Compliance Manager. While my educational background was in Psychology and Counselling, I was looking at other career routes that I could add my pre-existing knowledge and skills to develop further. I have decided to pursue a career in HR and have chosen this course to help me gain required knowledge and accreditation.
