Initially they took booking but had no one in office to do paper work or give keys for vehicle.
I extended booking via customer services as their online function did not work.
It appears they didnt do this amd then midway through booking they phoned saying they reported car stolen!!!!
After droppong car off nearby and informed where car was they charged iver 700 extra to the booking.... disgusting company
