Waited 3 hours for a vehicle.
Forced to purchase insurance even though my insurance snd credit card cover.
Accused of bringing vehicle back with cracked windshield when it was cracked at pickup.
Phone not answered when calling. Horrible horrible. Do not rent from here. You end up paying just as much as they force you to purchase liability. What car rental company could operate without it?????
Also they are allowed to take 2 weeks to get back to you???
