Ilford London SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE!!!
Currently trying to charge close to £500 for a scuffed door with no photos attached and when contacted refused to provide itemised invoice that could evidence how fixing a scuff could cost that much.
This was Ilford branch. No damage when we returned the vehicle but you just drop it off in a carpark so no guarantees what happens to it after that.
Taking consumers for a ride, will be pursuing via Ombudsman and Small Claims Court but any suggestions appreciated.
