The worst customer service i have ever experienced. They are a disgrace to the industry.
When i went to pick up the vehicle, they did not have the one i reserved. But they did have an automatic, which i had to pay extra for.
I paid the upgrade for the Automatic Vehicle, but when I got in the car I discovered it was a manual! The agent at the LHR Branch promised to deliver an Automatic vehicle to my house that evening, and no vehicle turned up.
When I returned the vehicle, I complained, and the gentleman at LHR Easirent apologised, and said that he would refund what i paid for the upgrade (£40). He wrote this on my Rental Agreement (An official Easirent document) which i have a copy of.
After calling their customer service department numerous times to enquire about the status of my refund, they have said that they will not pay me the refund I am due, as there employee at LHR made a mistake! The gentleman I spoke to from there Customer Services team was someone called Chris - A very rude & unprofessional individual.
Their Head of Customer Services (a lady called Claire) has promised to call me back on countless occasions, but no-one calls. Appalling. The fact that she is 'Head of Customer Services' is a contradiction in itself as she, and the company she works for do not know the meaning of 'Customer Service'
I will never ever hire from Easirent again.
