Subject: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I have had a terrible experience with Easirent and it continues to haunt me because several weeks later they have yet to refund my $250.00 deposit.
I rented from the Tampa,FL location on May 10th and returned the vehicle on Sunday May 12th. Customer service was terrible at this location. There was a long wait. The facility was dark and dingy and the bathroom had bugs flying around.
My rental car was dirty with cigarette ash all over. We had to take the car back to get it washed.
Now several weeks later Easirent still has a hold on my $250.00 which serves as a constant reminder of the terrible experience. No one answers the phone so I have to write.
There was a group of people waiting outside Easirent - Tampa and we all agreed that we would NEVER rent from here again.
