I agree. I didnt rent a car from them. It turned out my family member did. They were not authorized to use my account or debit card. Reserve amount and payment amount were in 2 different name's. I was told to go after family members. Your merchants should be confirming reservation to name on the car.
This is esurient fault for not confirming that account and payment match to same person
