We rented a car for two days, but had to wait 4 hours at the airport when we tried to pick up our car. We returned the car car on time, but had it less then 24 hours because of their delay, but they wouldn't refund us the extra day that we had already paid. When they finally provided a car for us, it was a lower class car then we had booked so we had to jam 5 people and luggage into the car. We were told to contact customer service and hopefully they would refund us some of our money.
After many frustrating emails, which never answered any of our requests, we were offered 10% off on our next rental.
Great!! Never renting from this crap company again means that we were screwed out of money. Thanks easirent for your crappy service.
