We returned a hire car to them with a new booking was meant to be collecting another car. I had an issue with a hidden charge what wasn't clear in the contract, I said I would be reviewing this online so the manager said "anyone that leaves us bad reviews will not be able to hire a car with us". He left us stranded and was happy to be rude and abrupt in front of my child. I filmed everything and will upload this to YouTube, search EasiRent and you will find the video....
