I'm currently in the easirent office in Edinburgh. Problems
1 I don't use a credit card so have been charged an additional £70 on a 48 hour hire, trebling quoted price. 2 I've been waiting 90 minutes to collect my car.
3 they've been arguing with another customer about his lack of id-they bizarrely insist on utility bills as id.
