A real problem with their ID requirements! Too exacting, what's wrong with UK licence & credit card like other major car rental businesses. Wouldn't even accept signed bank statements provided from 2 of my banks. We were refused the car with no refund (we had prepaid by credit card) and had to rent elsewhere, which we did no problem. Never use Easirent, it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination. We had booked via Ryanair who did refund us some money, which says a lot. 5stars to Ryanair
