The main problem was their lack of customer service.
The people were rude not only to us but to every customers we witnessed.
Their lack clarity forced us to take pay more for services we did not want.
The icing on the cake, the car they gave us did not have the fluid levels topped up under the bonnet. If I hadn't checked it could have caused an accident and legally it was not road worthy.
Go elsewhere to hire a car unless you want to be treated like an idiot, pay more than you have to, and be put in potential dangerous situations.
