Tried to cheat me. Claimed I'd damaged wheel hub but I had the photos to prove otherwise. Strangely, the guy checking the vehicle prior to me hiring it didn't note down the hub scratch but as soon as I returned the vehicle the checker 'noticed' it immediately. Just as well I had photos. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS take photos. They'll try to distract you whilst you're in the process.
