They will find one excuse after another to either downgrade your service/car, increase the cost of your rental by forcing insurance or claim you have damaged the car. This seems to be standard practice and they should really be reported to trading standards. Their low rates are a real scam to trick. Hard to believe here we are in 2018 and companies like this are allowed to continue.
