Do not use this company. Booked a car the day before required, arrived at the office to collect car, mentioned I was travelling to an island in Scotland, told cars couldn't be taken there as not insured, no option but to not take car but no refund as within 24 hours of booking. Customer service so poor it wasn't worth the time emailing them.
You'd be hard pressed finding a company with a worse rating - not sure how they remain in business or how the staff (and owners) can live with themselves given some of the comments in other posts.
