CHEATERS!!!! we haven't rent the car from them because they didn't provide us the car we have booked through Auto Europe. Also they have wanted to charge us for extra insurance (for the car we haven't booked)
We were in the office on Wednesday and day later (!) they have charged our credit card £100!!! for nothing!!!
This is unacceptable! We do not understand how they can even run a business!!
