Their MO is quite simply to rip you off at every opportunity, aside from the fact that the car I hired had filthy windows ( & no windscreen cleaner) the pre hire £3/ doc charge for unnecessary additional etc (not on the website) the preloading of your card should you elect not to take out their insurance etc. etc.
And then the (bogus) sting a few days after the return I.e windscreen chip
