Bad customer service, accused of wanting to steal the car, suspicious about my proof of address as I supplied statements via my phone and wouldn’t let me pay deposit down as I don’t have a credit card.
Really negative tone from staff member on the desk- hate to think these are the people who greet our tourists on arrival into the country. Avoid at all costs!
