Overall mixed.
Arrival very poor.. Waited over an hour for the shuttle and very rude staff at the office. Hard sell on the insurance (I had bought excess insurance online beforehand for only £11).
Return much better. Nice staff, quick shuttle.
Overall cheap, but ring when the plane lands to avoid waiting in a car park.
