I booked a car for 5 days. On the day of collection I was told by the very unhelpful and rude staff that the car had been given to another customer because I was 2 hours late to collect (even though I'd paid upfront for the rental). I was offered another car at an additional cost of £16 per day.
Eventually they gave me my money back. The staff couldn't care less and I can't imagine what someone who was on a delayed flight would do in this situation. I will never use Easirent again.
