first car hire company i've ever come across . Tried to collect the car i had booked this morning and told i was supposed to have brought :
1. Employment contract
2. two utility bills
3. Complete an enhanced credit check
4. Additional deposit and charges for local hire
None of this information was on the booking confirmation or voucher. and who would bring an employment contract to hire a car - really . Unbelievable. Car not released and i was left to get a train and ask friends for a lift . Pathetic and avoid at all costs - hopeless
