Never ever rent a car here.
A complete scam. Forced us to purchase double insurance of 230 pounds. Promised to send documents after we left, however had to call them 3 times in 4 days in order to get the documents. When we received the documents, they were incomplete. Also, location was far away from Edinburgh airport. We had to return the car by 5:40, however they didn't open until 6:00, which nearly made us miss our flight.
