I prepaid a car, and when I went to pick it up, they said sorry, we overbooked, there's no car. And that's all....I asked them to find me another car, but they don't have any. The customer service was more than ridiculous. The told me: call the agency where I booked the car, and ask them to give me another...it was 11 p.m...still waiting for my refund..it was 2 weeks ago. So I had to found a taxi to reach my destination, and another day another company to hire a car.
