I feel like I got well and truly fleeced by this company when I went to pick up a car at Newcastle airport. They required 1600 cleared on a credit card for 28 days or payment of 146 pounds on a rental of 43 pounds to lower an excess. A company designed to rip people off. Avoid at all costs. I cut my losses and learnt my lesson. Interestingly easycar.com act as agents for this company, which is somewhat confusing, can't do their brand any good.
