robbers and fraudes. they forced their own insurrance to me though i had booked and allready payed for insurrance at expedia.com. no help with a flat tire. and as cherry on top of the cake €95,-- charged to my card for fuel eventhough i filled up the tank 3 km away from the dropoffpoint.
