BEWARE - please read before booking
I booked a vehicle through this company and they hired my car out and tried to extract more money from me because I was delayed.
I have been in touch with trading standards - there are 100s of reviews of a similar nature - trading standards need someone to raise it as a complaint. My booking is through a different company so I cannot proceed with a complaint against easirent but over 3 weeks later I am still trying to get a refund.
I contacted easirent twice to advise about the delay and was told no problem!
