We rented a vehicle that supposed would hold 7 passengers and luggage in Dublin. After calling three times for the shuttle service, total of an hour, then waiting in line for a good 45 minutes, we asked to see the rental, but was told had to do the paperwork first. When seeing the rental it was obvious the van was not what was described to us. The company had nothing else to offer our family, and was told a refund would be submitted. No one ever said it wouldn't be a FULL refund. This company is awful. They are the ones who gave us FALSE info on this vehicle and then kept three days of the rental fee.
