I had to cancel a car I booked and paid for in full weeks before pickup when I cancelled I was told it takes 14 days to issue a refund,now 5 weeks later and after phone calls and live chat on the internet I have finally got my refund I think I would have got more sense from the man in the moon,why oh why did it take 5 weeks to issue a refund for a simple cancellation it only took 5 minutes to take my money,finally I will say NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE USE THIS COMPANY.
