Hi there I rented a car yesterday from this easirent and they are pure thieves.
The car was already empty when I took it, I put £10.00 fuel used it for 20 miles as I had to go to Heathrow., when I returned back the car they said there was minor scratch which I didn't bother when I was taking the car as I was looking damages.
As they were holding my £1250.00 they charge me £170.00 for tiny body scrach as they insist I done it.
I had no time as I was missing my flight, those in the counter they were rude and intimidating, steer away from this scum.
