Faulty mattress, unbelievable this could have passed any form of quality control. Appalling customer service. Told
Replacement mattress had been sent, never received. Had to contact again, asked for more photos to prove it was faulty! Told I could choose either replacement or refund. They then went ahead and ordered me a replacement when I hadn’t decided what I wanted. Waited 2.5 hrs for call which was supposed to be at an agreed time. Such an inconvenience and poor workmanship.
