I am now convinced this company is a scam. They market their mattresses very well but in a matter of fact they are just awful pieces of foam of very low quality. It offers ZERO support. We have had two sagging mattresses that Emma have replaced twice. We are waiting our third.
I feel like I am in a hole and cannot turn comfortably as the edges are all higher around me. It is so uncomfortable. Do not buy from Emma! I will be happy once this company collapses.
