I am not sure how the mattress is but the customer service is the most uncouth and inefficient.
After selecting the mattress, I followed up on their WhatsApp number for 3 days continuously regarding customisation of size. Simply, no response. And when they finally sent out one after 3 working days, they made the conversation go offline because I did not respond within 5 minutes. Imagine how their customer service would be after the purchase. Extremely disappointing.
