Bought an Emma mattress , albeit through Groupon, on 24/11/24. It arrived but just aggravates my back problem and it smells. I initiated a return/ refund request within a week to both Groupon and Emma mattresses. And like everyone else I’ve had numerous replies along the lines of “ we’re very busy and your request is being processed”. What a scam. I shall continue trying….BBC watchdog, citizens advice and The Daily Telehraoh.
