I called Emma and was told it would arrive Monday. I explained I needed it for the weekend and had to buy another mattress elsewhere — so I asked for a refund. They refused, saying the order was processed and I’d have to refuse delivery. It’s now the following Wednesday, and UPS still shows they haven’t received the item — meaning it’s likely still in Emma’s warehouse. I’ve also emailed Emma and had no response at all. Now I’ve had to take the matter up with my credit card company just to get my money back. The mattress might be good, but this whole experience has been so frustrating and poorly handled that I will never buy from Emma again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know.
