Technician communicated their arrival time accurately and with plenty of notice.
Was very friendly and talked through the installation clearly. Took on board what I wanted and expected, raising alternatives where appropriate. Left to the work and 2.5hrs later we had a very neat and tidy install, all exactly as discussed. Everything worked as expected first time. Communication with the office has also been clear and punctual.
Can't ask for better.
