The installer was on time, explained everything in a simple manner, left no mess and did a fantastic job. The charger works perfectly and the app is very simple, some added functionality where it ties into the car (the live start and end charge levels of the vehicle) would be great but I have the dedicated car app for that so all in all extremely happy.
