The installer phoned at 8 to say he would arrive about 9. He arrived at 9. We discussed the installation options and agreed on a solution. He then installed the equipment and cables. On completion, he explained what he had done, how it worked and helped me install the app. We then connected the car to see it charging and the app working. He swept the area before leaving. This was a very professional installation.
