Terrible installation experience. Blew up our house alarm and then left without helping to fix it. Cost us £90 for an alarm installer to come out and mend it.
Also didn’t connect our charger to EO cloud or our Wi-fi. It took me 3 hours to get it to work which was very annoying after hearing our house alarm blaring out for 5 hours. Have an open complaint with lowri beck. But unless there’s a resolution would not recommend EO at all
