Unfortunately the unit appears to be faulty. As it’s saying it’s offline and it’s not as my wi-if is working perfectly so the App won’t work at all.I’ve reported this to my installer . Scott Electrical in Leeds
He’s replied on Saturday 13th saying he’s spoken to your technical department and they think they’ve had a faulty batch of units ?
It seems like it will need replacing
