As my charger has just been fitted I cannot yet comment on the quality of the product.
However, my dealings with the company have been straightforward, speedy. They have always kept me in the loop about time scales and the fitter Ben, from Octopus Energy, has been first class. He explained exactly what he was going to do, offered choices in terms of where exactly the charger could go and where he could run the wiring, and helped me set up the EO app once the installation was complete. Very happy with the product and service to date.
