The whole process ran very smoothly , I was informed of the process and questions answered promptly. I liked the fact that EO asked for all the information up front, which took a bit of time but enabled them to arrive and now what they were facing and therefore complete with no issues. This approach seems to be different to there competitors which seem to want there money upfront before knowing what the job entails and therefore my lead to hind costs.
