I initially reviewed this charger and was a little frustrated at being unable to connect to the app. However credit to EO Tech Support team who were outstanding in there contact and effort to get the issue resolved. All now working perfectly and I have to say one of the best customer service experiences I have had recently. A great charger and with outstanding support I would highly recommend.
