EO people very good at organising installation. Lots of communication Installer was helpful and peasant as well as professional After installation I got support from Crosstech (installers) as my new car was set only to receive 6 amps!Once I adjusted this I got full power from my charger and the EO app allowed timed charging during the night first time. Very pleased
