We had the EO charger installed a few months ago. It has stopped working with apparently no power getting to it. I called the EO technical support this morning who advised it would take 10 days or longer to get somebody out to look at it let alone fix it. I live in the country and rely upon this.
THE RESPONSE TIME IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. VERY POOR SERVICE
