I had an EO Charging point fitted about 6 months, which allows me to charge my electric car using solar and/or grid electricity. It works well and I am very happy with it. Following the installation I had a number of queries (largely due to my ignorance) and a couple of minor technical issues. I contacted Thomas their Support Manager; he was unbelievably helpful and very patient given my lack of technical understanding,
