Charge developed a fault 2 months after installation. It’s a known fault but they have no solution. They fail to respond to emails or calls. “Our technicians are working around the clock to get to the bottom of this issue, and we will be in touch within the next 48 hours with an update” is their standard response yet they fail to update.
I regret using this company. AVOID.
